<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately temporarily cure liquid which is not good in curability. <P>SOLUTION: The liquid ejecting device includes: a conveyance part which conveys a medium in a conveying direction; a first nozzle train in which a plurality of nozzles are arranged in a direction crossing the conveying direction and which ejects the first liquid to the medium; a first irradiation part which is disposed on a downstream side of the first nozzle train in the conveying direction and has an LED for temporarily curing the first liquid on the medium; a second nozzle train which is disposed on a downstream side of the first irradiation part in the conveying direction, and in which a plurality of nozzles are arranged in the crossing direction and which ejects the second liquid to the medium; a second irradiation part which is disposed on a downstream side of the second nozzle train in the conveying direction and has an LED for temporarily curing the second liquid on the medium; and a controller which controls the first irradiation part and the second irradiation part, when the first liquid is ejected from the first nozzle train but the second liquid is not ejected from the second nozzle train, so that the LED in the first irradiation part may be lit and also the LED in the second irradiation part may be lit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
