<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure that, when a substrate and a terminal are electrically connected using a spring member, contact pressure on the substrate side is adjusted to be not so large as to impart damage, and contact pressure on the terminal side is adjusted to be larger than in conventional devices.SOLUTION: A contact surface 5c of a terminal 5 and a contact surface 4a of a substrate 4 are in such a surface relationship that their normal lines intersect, and a double torsion spring 7 having a first torsion spring part 71 and a second torsion spring part 72 electrically connected thereto is used as a spring member. The first torsion spring part 71 causes a spring force to act on only the contact surface 5c of the terminal 5, and the second torsion spring part 72 causes a spring force to act on only the contact surface 4a of the substrate 4. The spring force of the first torsion spring part 71 is made to be larger than the spring force of the second torsion spring part 72.</p> |
