摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which: the conventional IPS technique is not practical because it includes many steps and provides a low opening ratio, and produces a pixel display portion in which a layer closest to a liquid crystal layer contains a lot of wiring and electrodes and electric field applied to each liquid crystal is not uniform.SOLUTION: In the present invention, gate lines 102 and 105 and common lines 103 and 104 are formed first at the same time, and after an interlayer film is formed, a pixel electrode 108, common electrodes 110 and 111, and source lines 106 and 107 are formed at the same time. Thus, an electrode pattern can be simplified and a process can be made easy. Further, wiring and an electrode in a layer closest to a liquid crystal layer are used as a pixel electrode, a common electrode and a source line, so that the shape is simplified.</p>
