<p>An apparatus for preserving, transporting and distributing refrigerated or frozen products (1), particularly for thermally insulated compartments of refrigeration vehicles, refrigeration chambers or the like, comprising one or more heat accumulation elements (3), each comprising an enclosure (5) that delimits a cavity (7) adapted to contain a heat accumulation liquid. The cavity (7) accommodates a heat exchanger (9) that can be supplied with a heat exchange fluid. The enclosure (5) has a first wall (11) that has a substantially flat surface and a second wall (13), arranged opposite the first wall (11), that has an at least partially ribbed surface. The apparatus (1) further comprises ventilation means (15) associated with such heat accumulation elements (3).</p> |
