<p>The present invention relates to a method of producing a trapezoidal aluminum wire for an overhead power line. The method is configured to continuously perform a feeding step of straightly feeding an aluminum rod having a diameter of 9.5 mm to 12. 5 mm (S110), a conform extrusion step of making a trapezoidal aluminum wire by performing a conform extrusion process for the aluminum rode (S120), a machining step of increasing the flatness of the trapezoidal aluminum wire by removing a concavo-convex pattern from the surface of the trapezoidal aluminum wire (S130), an anodizing processing step of increasing the resistance against scratches by improving the surface hardness of the trapezoidal aluminum wire (S140), and a winding step of winding the wire subject to the anodizing processing step (S150). Accordingly, the aluminum rod serving as a source material having a predetermined diameter is fed in the form of a linear line to a conform device so that the aluminum rod passes through a trapezoidal shape dice and is conform-extruded in the form of the trapezoidal wire. Then, the surface state of the wire is smoothly processed to increase the flatness of the wire. The anodizing process is performed with respect to the wire having the increased flatness, so that the surface of the wire is hardened. Accordingly, the trapezoidal aluminum wire having high conductivity, high tensile strength, a smooth surface state, and the surface hardness against the scratch can be produced.</p> |
