PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To charge a secondary battery mounted on a vehicle by using an external DC power supply in a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A power unit 100 has a secondary battery 18 to which first input/output lines 45, 46, 47, 48 and 49 for inputting/outputting power are connected, and a capacitor 19 to which second input/output lines 51, 52, 53, 54 and 55 for inputting/outputting power are connected. The secondary battery 18 and the capacitor 19 are connected in parallel via the first and second input/output lines, and include a voltage converter 20 provided between connection points 43 and 44 of the first input lines and the second input lines, and the capacitor 19. The capacitor 19 includes charging terminals 58 and 59 connected with an external power supply 70. |
