摘要 The present invention relates to a tunable laser device for tuning laser wavelength, capable of being minimalized. The present invention comprises: a diode chip (100) emitting laser light; a light feedback partial reflective mirror (500) reflecting partial of light emitted from the laser diode chip (100) toward the laser diode chip (100) again; collimating lens (200) for collimating the light emitted from the laser diode chip (100), installed on a pathway between the laser diode chip (100) and light feedback partial reflective mirror (500); a laser tunable selecting filter (300) in which penetrated wavelength is convertible according to temperature; a phase correcting unit (350) in which refractive index is altered according to temperature, thereby offsetting changes in the refractive index of the laser tunable selecting filter (300) or the semiconductor laser diode chip (100) according to temperature; and a 45° angle reflective mirror (400) converting the direction of laser light processing horizontal to the bottom of package to the vertical direction to the bottom of package. The laser diode chip (100), laser tunable selecting filter (300), phase correcting unit (350), and thermo-element (900) are arranged on the upper part, so that the emitted wavelength is altered according to temperature of thermo-element (900).
