The invention relates to the pharmaceutical industry and medicine and can be used in the creation and administration of solid dosage forms having a choleretic effect. The present invention is aimed at creating an effective solid dosage form having a choleretic effect. In the description, two variants of the invention are claimed which solve the problem of interest in that the solid dosage form contains dried bile, mineral substances and a pharmaceutically acceptable carbon-containing additional substance with carbonC isotopes. The invention achieves the technical results of a greater and more rapid therapeutic effect in the treatment of liver and gall bladder diseases without decreasing the duration of said therapeutic effect or increasing the concentration of bile.
