PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image-capturing device, an image-capturing method, and an image-capturing program capable of correcting the distortion of an image-capture image caused by the movement of a subject in an image-capturing device for sequentially image-capturing each line constituting an image-capture region.SOLUTION: Provided is an image-capturing device for sequentially image-capturing each line constituting an image-capture region and thereby generating an image-capture image in which a subject present in the image-capture region is image-captured, in which the image-capturing device comprises: an inclination estimation unit for estimating an inclination of the subject on the basis of a portion of an image-capture image corresponding to a first line and a portion of the image-capture image corresponding to a second line; an image estimation unit for estimating, on the basis of the inclination estimated by the inclination estimation unit, an image to be generated when the subject having the inclination is image-captured; and a correction processing unit for correcting the image-capture image on the basis of the result of comparison of the image-capture image with the estimated image. |
