PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for a game parlor, and a game value impartment device, capable of suppressing deterioration of an operating rate of a game machine caused by that a player ends a game and leaves a seat in a state that money value is left.SOLUTION: When 5 minutes has lapsed without detecting an out signal from a game machine side in a state that small money value is left (S101: YES), a dispenser determines that it is non-operation (S102: YES), and instructs a manager to collect an IC card (S103). Thereby, it can be suppressed that the IC card goes on being left in a state that an odd money amount is left though a player has ended a game. As a result, deterioration of an operating rate of the game machine caused by that the player ends the game and leaves a seat in a state that small money value is left can be suppressed. |
