According to at least one embodiment relating to a wireless communication method in a wireless network, the present invention can include a wireless station which obtains a transmission opportunity time for communicating with an access point through a wireless communication channel. The wireless station transmits notice to the access point to share the transmission opportunity time and at least one different wireless station, with a multiple-user transmission opportunity time for transmitting data from the wireless station to a multiple uplink space stream to the access point through the wireless channel. Uplink transmission opportunity transmission information can be communicated based on at least one commend including a frame header and a QoS data frame.
