PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of creating an image for a three-dimensional image display device by which a video with an emphasized stereoscopic effect can be obtained even in the case of an image of an object that should be constituted with curved surfaces and may not be properly recognized.SOLUTION: There is provided a method of creating a three-dimensional-like two-dimensional image of an object including a desired presentation part to be displayed by a three-dimensional image display device, and the method includes the steps of: approximating each surface of a three-dimensional image of the object with a plurality of polygonal planes connected with one another to draw an approximated three-dimensional image of the object; and drawing the approximated three-dimensional image into a two-dimensional image with a perspective drawing method. In the step of drawing the approximated three-dimensional image of the object, the presentation part is approximated with the minimum number of polygonal planes with which a shape of the presentation part can be recognized. |
