<p>An information service medium provisioning system comprises a server, and at least one device which interacts with the server, is disposed within a physical reach at a preset distance away from a user, and can be accessed by the user, wherein the device comprises a first card reader configured to cyclically read user information from a user identity medium; a medium distributing module, used for accommodating multiple information service media and comprising a medium reading position, wherein a medium inner label of the information service medium can be read at the medium reading position; and a control unit, wherein the control unit binds and sends the user information in the user identity medium and the medium inner label of the information service medium to the server through a communication module, receives verification information from the server, and after receiving acknowledgement information, instructs the medium distributing module to send the current information service medium from a medium distributing port on a surface of the device. The present invention also provides a corresponding information service medium provisioning method and an information service system based on the system.</p> |
