The present invention relates to an eco-friendly epoxy resin composition based on biomass oil. According to the present invention, provided are an eco-friendly epoxy resin composition based on biomass oil including a bifunctional epoxy resin mixed with epoxidized linseed oil (ELO) or epoxidized soybean oil (ESO), and a method of manufacturing the same. The present invention has effects of eliminating brittleness, a disadvantage of an epoxy resin, to improve an impact property and to lower manufacturing costs, substituting for a conventional bifunctional epoxy resin to be used as an eco-friendly resin which can be utilizable as an electrical and electronic material capable of expressing high performance.
