The present invention relates to an apparatus for packing a container to seal the container by bonding a film on the container. An apparatus for packing a container to bond the container by a heater and a tray, includes a body including a lateral frame and a front cover; a rack provided at an inner side of the lateral frame to movably support a tray; the tray on which the container is positioned and coupled with the rack, and moving along the rack by a motor; a bonding module coupled with an inner side of the lateral frame, including a cutter and a heater, and vertically moving by the motor; and a controller to control the apparatus for packing the container. A photo sensor and a position adjustment roller are provided at the front cover to be able to rotate. A drive motor to drive the position adjustment roller is provided at a lateral cover. A guide roller is provided at the bonding module to be able to rotate to adhere at the position adjustment roller. A film is inserted and coupled between the position adjustment roller and the guide roller.
