PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a tire with an improved efficiency by performing stitching which is carried out during manufacture of a tire, particularly stitching which is carried out after sticking of a ply in a shorter time than a conventional time.SOLUTION: A tire manufacturing method comprises: a step of sticking, in a laminar form, a tire constituent member which includes a rubber member equipped with a ferromagnetic metal member, to a molding drum 20 which is equipped with magnetic force generation members 10, 12 on an inner peripheral surface thereof and molding the stuck member 25; a step of generating magnetic forces from a central part in a drum width direction toward its ends in the drum width direction in order by the magnetic force generation members 10, 12 after the molding of the stuck member 25, respectively; and a step of attracting the ferromagnetic metal member to the molding drum 20 by the generated magnetic forces and performing stitching of the stuck member 25. |
