<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost and highly productive mixing head apparatus which achieves high agitation of mixed liquid and improves smooth flow of the mixed liquid from a discharge port, and a molding method using the same.SOLUTION: In a mixing head apparatus in which two types of chemically reactive liquid compounding materials 5 are jetted into a chamber 10 from fine holes 30 respectively provided in side walls 11 of the chamber so that both of the compounding materials 5 can collide and mix with each other, a plurality of the fine holes 30 are provided ranging from two to four for at least one of the compounding materials 5, center axis lines 35 at the front end side of two or more of the plurality of fine holes 30 from among those ranging from two to four intersect with each other in the chamber 10, and the jetted liquids 50 of the compounding materials jetted from the fine holes 30 whose center axis lines intersect collide with each other in the chamber 10 prior to collision with the other compounding material.</p> |
