Abstract The innovation pertains to the general cake scraper used originally for ganaching and masking cakes. The innovation uses different materials and is now a multifaceted tool for cake decorating. The innovation possesses numerous benefits over the original tool in particular it is now made of acrylic or Perspex and is clear, thicker at 4.5mm, has a thin bevelled edge or blade and has 4 square corners.
