<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing machine capable of heating washing water and cooling heated washing water, effectively.SOLUTION: The washing machine includes: heating means 42 for heating washing water in an outer tub 33; cooling means 45 for cooling washing water in the outer tub 33; a first water supply part 43 for supplying a water flow generated by rotation of a washing and dewatering tub 34 rotatably arranged in the outer tub 33 to the heating means 42; a second water supply part 46 for supplying a water flow generated by rotation of the washing and dewatering tub 34 to the cooling means 45; a first communicating part 44 for connecting an input port 34a of the washing and dewatering tub 34 to a downstream side of the heating means 42; and a second communicating part 47 for connecting the input port 34a of the washing and dewatering tub 34 to a downstream side of the cooling means 45. Control means 39 changes the rotation direction of the washing and dewatering tub 34 in accordance with an output of temperature detection means 48 for detecting the temperature of washing water to switch a water supply to the heating means 42 to a water supply to the cooling means 45 and vice versa.</p> |
