PURPOSE:To manufacture a recording body with good reproducibility, by forming the dielectric substance for information recording media in which information signals are reproduced as change in the static capacitance, through the radiation of ultraviolet rays to multifunctional oligomer formed on the surface of conductive layer on a signal plane. CONSTITUTION:On a signal plane 10a of a substrate 10 on which unevenness corresponding to information is formed, a conductive layer 11 consisting of metal film is formed. Next, on it trifunctional radical oligoesteracrylate layer 12 (about 300Angstrom thick) is formed. Next, ultraviolet rays 14 are radiated from a high pressure arc mercury lamp 13 to form a dielectric film 15 through curing the layer 12 and to form a static capacitance playback type information recording medium 16. By said method, by suitably selecting the wave length and intensity of the ultraviolet rays to be radiated, desired dielectric film of a given property can be formed, allowing to manufacture the information recording body with a good reproducibility. |
