PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary cutting tool and a rotary grinding tool, capable of easily and inexpensively forming a flow hole for jetting compressed air for cooling and chip discharge to end surface side cutting tip from a supply hole provided in a tool body.SOLUTION: A milling cutter 10 is provided with a fluid flowing supply hole 13 extending in the axial direction in the center of the tool body 11, by fixing the cutting tip 38 to a plurality of installation seats 28 arranged along the circumferential direction on at least the end surface side in an outer periphery of the cylindrical tool body 11. The milling cutter 10 is provided with: a flowing recess 19 communicating with the supply hole 13 by coaxially recessing on an end surface of the tool body 11; and a lid member 31 fixed to the flowing recess 19 in a superposed manner. A plurality of flow holes 25a for communicating the vicinity of a plurality of cutting tips 38 on the outer periphery of the tool body 11 with the supply hole 13, are provided between the flowing recess 19 and the lid member 31. |
