PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress deterioration of a separation function for separating gas from liquid in a separation member.SOLUTION: A liquid supply device comprises: a separation member for separating gas from liquid by permeating the gas dissolved in the liquid within a flow pass; acceleration means for accelerating separation of an adhering matter adhered to a surface of a liquid side in the separation member; and a capture member for capturing the adhering matter separated from the separation member.
