<p>The present invention relates to a method for providing patent information including patent troll information and to a patent information system using said method. The information processing method of the patent information system of the present invention comprises the steps of: (A) obtaining a first patent group in which at least one preset patent group attribute is shared; (B) obtaining a second patent group constituted by at least one first patent, which is included in the first patent group, and a second patent having at least one preset patent relationship attribute, the first patent being included in the first patent group; and (C) performing a preset patent relationship analysis on only the second patent group or on the first patent group and the second patent group in relation to each other. The patent relationship attribute is selected from an event relationship, a citation relationship, a similar patent relationship, at least one preset manager designation relationship and/or at least one preset user designation relationship. The first patent and/or the second patent includes at least one piece of preset evaluation information.</p> |
