The present invention relates to a predictive analysis system for collision between ships through the integrated comparison of location information in a heterogeneous network between a ship (A) with an automatic identification system (AIS) communication device and a ship (B) with a UHF communication device and a method thereof. The method may include a ship location and course analysis step of analyzing the location and course of each ship by receiving location information from a plurality of ships in sailing (S10); and a CPA/TCPA fuzzy calculation step of fuzzy-calculating a closest point of approach (CPA) of each ship after selecting the ship with a collision risk by the ship location and course analysis step and a time (TCPA) to reach the CPA of a main ship by a counterpart ship.
