The present invention relates to a mobile cam system comprising: a mobile cam for receiving a video signal and an audio signal through a camera and a microphone, and calculating a location signal by a GPS module; a management terminal for controlling the operation of the mobile cam by being connected to the mobile cam over a wireless communication network; and an integrated control unit for controlling the mobile cam to transmit, to the management terminal, the current location, video, and audio signals of the mobile cam according to a request of the management terminal by connecting the mobile cam and the management terminal through wireless communication. The mobile cam comprises: a cam terminal to which a detachable camera and a detachable microphone are attached; a battery which is connected to the cam terminal and supplies power; multiple input buttons equipped on the outer circumferential surface of the cam terminal; an emergency button for receiving an emergency signal, arranged on one side of the input buttons; a body detection unit for detecting the current physical condition of a user who possesses the cam terminal; a communication unit for communicating with the management terminal; a video processing unit for processing a video signal photographed by the camera; an audio processing unit for processing an audio signal recorded by the microphone; and a control unit for controlling the communication unit to transmit, to the management terminal, the location information, the video signal, and the audio signal through the communication unit when the location information, the video signal, and the audio signal of the cam terminal are requested through the integrated control unit. |
