PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbon nano-tube containing fine crystal nickel plating film having high-temperature softening characteristics and sufficient hardness at ordinary temperature and a method of producing a fine mold, or transfer mold, for resin molding provided with a plating film formed with a fine pattern.SOLUTION: For a carbon nano-tube containing fine crystal nickel plating film 4 in which monolayer carbon nano-tube 1 or multilayer carbon nano-tube is dispersed in a nickel host phase 2, the average particle size of crystal particles of the nickel host phase on formation of the plating film is 30 nm or smaller; the crystal orientation index on formation of the plating film is 0.5-1.5; the Vickers hardness on formation of the plating film at ordinary temperature is 400 HV or higher; the Vickers hardness in the temperature range of 400-600°C is 50 HV or lower; and the Vickers hardness at ordinary temperature after a return from the temperature range to ordinary temperature is 100 HV or higher.
