PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission line board for high frequencies for restraining a transmission loss occurring when a return current travels between a ground conductor and a ground layer through a via near a microstrip line and a conversion unit of a grounded coplanar line. SOLUTION: The transmission line board 1a for high frequencies includes: the grounded coplanar line 7 comprising a center conductor 3b, the ground layer 5, and ground conductors 4a, 4a and ground conductors 4b, 4b disposed at both sides of the center conductor 3b and electrically conducted to the ground layer 5 via GND via 9a and 9b; a via land formed so that the microstrip line 6 comprising a strip conductor 3a and the ground layer 5 is formed in a base material 2 comprising a dielectric, the ground conductor 4b has a circular outline, and openings of the GND via 9a and the GND via 9b nearest to the conversion unit 8 are surrounded with a prescribed width; and a connection line having width narrower than a diameter of the outline of the via land, and mutually turning on adjacent via lands.
