<p>The present invention relates to a laser diode for high speed transmission capable of controlling a temperature and, more specifically, to a temperature-controllable laser diode for high speed transmission which includes: a stem (100) which has multiple electrodes which are arranged in two rows by protruding in a signal pin form; a thermoelectric cooler (TEC) (200) which controls the temperature of the laser diode for high speed transmission in the upper part of the stem (100); and a submount (300) which is positioned in the upper part of the thermoelectric cooler (200) and supports a laser diode chip (310), a reflection mirror (320), and a monitor photodiode (330) which measures the output light intensity of the laser diode for high speed transmission.</p> |
