An apparatus for prefetching connected blocks of a storage device detects connected blocks of a common block which at least one virtual machine approaches in common, stores connected block data files including information on the detected connected blocks and data on a connected block, directly provides a relevant data when block information included in an input request of the at least one virtual machine exists in a list of the connected blocks and, when the block information does not exist in the list of the connected blocks, checks a list of the connected block data files, reads a relevant connected block data file, fills the connected block list, and provides a relevant data. |
