PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable stable mapping even in a region with a few textures.SOLUTION: An image processing device pertaining to an embodiment of the invention performs the following: acquiring one or more candidate vectors from one or more candidate blocks in the vicinity of a block subject to processing; setting one or more particles indicating a position on a second image in the vicinity of at least one candidate corresponding block; arranging one or more particle vectors indicating each of the one or more particles; calculating a correlation between the pixel value of the block subject to processing and the pixel value of a block defined by each of the one or more particles; imparting a weight corresponding to the calculated correlation to the one or more particle vectors; and finding a corresponding vector regarding the block subject to processing on the basis of the weight.
