NANO CRYSTAL DISPLAY

Each pixel of a nanocrystal display includes a first sub pixel which includes a first pixel electrode formed on a second insulation layer of a first pixel area; a second sub pixel which includes a second pixel electrode is formed on the second insulation layer of a second pixel area; a common electrode which includes a first black matrix which is formed on the second insulation layer and has a larger step than the steps of the first and second pixel electrodes, and defines a tunnel-shaped cavity by being extended in a row direction, coming into contact with the black matrix, and forming a preset gap with the second insulation layer in the first and second pixel areas; and a liquid crystal layer which is provided on the tunnel-shaped cavity.
