PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micropump on which a tube unit and a control unit can be detachably mounted.SOLUTION: A micropump 1 comprises: a tube unit 2 having an elastic tube 50, fingers 40 to 46 each arranged radially from the center of a circular arc shape of the tube 50, a cam 20, a rotor 70 for transferring a turning force to the cam 20, and an oscillating body 80 having piezoelectric elements 82 and 83 and a projection part 81a which is formed at an end of the oscillating body 80 in a longitudinal direction and abuts the rotor 70; and a control unit 3 having a control circuit part 60 to which electric power is supplied from a battery 61 to apply an AC voltage to the piezoelectric elements 82 and 83. The tube unit 2 and the control unit 3 can be detachable. The application of the AC voltage to the piezoelectric elements 82 and 83 causes the oscillating body 80 to oscillate, and a rotating force is applied to the rotor 70 so that the cam 20 sequentially presses the fingers 40 to 46 from the inflow side to the outflow side of a fluid to repeat pressure closing and opening of the tube 50 so as to transport the fluid. |
