PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner which detects the degree of water repellency of an outdoor heat exchanger and performs hydrophilic treatment.SOLUTION: An air conditioner compares a first wind speed value which is a wind speed near an outdoor heat exchanger when an outdoor fan is operated in a state where water is being sprayed to the outdoor heat exchanger by water spray means after an operation of an air conditioner is stopped with a second wind speed value which is a wind speed near the outdoor heat exchanger when the outdoor fan is operated by operating the outdoor heat exchanger as a condenser thereafter, determines whether an increment from the first wind speed value to the second wind speed value is equal to or more than a predetermined value or not, and when the increment is equal to or more than the predetermined value, performs hydrophilic treatment to the outdoor heat exchanger. |
