PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crimp terminal capable of enhancing both mechanical connection performance and electric connection performance without selecting kinds of electric wires. SOLUTION: For the crimp terminal equipped with a conductor crimp part 12 wound around a conductor Wa exposed at an end part of an electric wire and caulked so as to be crimped and electrically connected with the conductor Wa, a plurality of concave parts 34 consisting of polygons with each angle of their corners larger than 90 degrees are formed by press working on an inner surface of the conductor crimp part 12, crimped to the conductor Wa.
