A nucleic acid containing a sequence coding a mutant of active site of Mycobacterium tuberculosis (Mtb32A or Mtb32A), secretion signal sequence, and the sequence of coding Flt3L(fms-like tyrosine kinase 3 ligand) is provided to prevent and treat tuberculosis by enhancing immune response. A nucleic acid (1) comprises a nucleic acid sequence coding a sequence of secretion signal; a nucleic acid sequence which encodes a mutant of active site of Mycobacterium tuberculosis (Mtb32A or Mtb32A); and a nucleic acid sequence which encodes Flt3L (fms-like tyrosine kinase 3 ligand). |
