The present invention relates to a method for detecting a drug comprising a liquid-liquid extraction by using an organic solvent mixed solution of ethyl acetate, which is a non-polar organic solvent, and acetonitrile, which is an anodic organic solvent. The method has a higher efficiency of extracting drugs than existing liquid-liquid extraction methods that only use ethyl acetate, thereby enabling a more effective detection of various drugs.
