<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding having a reduced warp caused by shrinkage upon solidification in a molding process and the molding method thereof. <P>SOLUTION: The resin molding is composed of a pillar-shaped body and a projection arranged at a specific position of the pillar-shaped body. A first mold 50 is provided with a first cavity 51a molding the pillar-shaped body and a second cavity 51b which is communicated with the first cavity 51a, has a specific length, is thinner than the first cavity 51a, and connected with a gate 50b. A molten resin containing a filler 13 is injected into the first mold 50 through the gate 50b. The velocity of the molten resin is made slower in the second cavity 51b than that during the injection. The first cavity 51a and the second cavity 51b are filled with the resin. The molding is taken out from the mold 50. The part of the molding corresponding to the second cavity 51b is placed in the second mold 60 which molds the projection.
