The present invention provides a foldable trap for fish and shellfish which comprises the following: a lower plate in a polygonal plate shape with multiple through-holes, including multiple groups of jamming grooves on each side, in which the jamming grooves of each group are formed on each side; multiple first side plates including multiple through-holes, and a pair of first jamming protrusions on lower one side separately inserted into the jamming grooves, thereby being foldably connected toward the inside of the lower plate using a hinge; at least one second side plate including multiple through-holes, an opening on one outside, and a pair of second jamming protrusions corresponding to the jamming grooves on one lower side and inserted into the jamming grooves on the lower plate where the first side plates are not connected, thereby being foldably connected toward the inside of the lower plate using a hinge; an alluring unit in a mesh form including a passage from one side to the other side for inserting the fish and shellfish, and one end combined to one side of the second side plate with an opening, wherein the passage narrows from one end toward the other end; and an upper plate including multiple through-holes, and combined to the upper side of the first side plates and the second side plate.
