PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an epoxy copolymer that provides a cured product having excellent heat resistance.SOLUTION: This invention provides a copolymer in which the ratio of a repeating unit (A) represented by the following formula (I) is 40-80 mol% and the ratio of a repeating unit (B) represented by the following formula (II) is 20-60 mol%, wherein the total of a monomer corresponding to the repeating unit (A) and a monomer corresponding to the repeating unit (B), included in the copolymer, is 5 wt.% or less.
