摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sintering machine capable of producing sintered ore with high strength in a high yield without aggravating air permeability of the whole charged layer in an operation with the use of a downward suction type sintering machine, by supplying a diluted gaseous fuel into the charged layer. <P>SOLUTION: Regarding a downward suction type Dwight Lloid (DL) sintering machine where a gaseous fuel feeder 12 is arranged on the downstream side of an ignition furnace 10, in the gaseous fuel feeder, a plurality of gaseous fuel feed pipes 12a are arranged along the width direction of a pallet, and, each pipe is provided with slits or openings discharging a gaseous fuel, or nozzles 12b are arranged therein. On the downstream side in the progressing direction of the pallet in the ignition furnace, a gaseous fuel is discharged into the atmosphere at the upper side of a charged layer at a high speed, and is mixed with the air, so as to be a diluted gaseous fuel having a concentration at the lower limit in burning or below. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
