PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detection device capable of repairing with high accuracy a detection device having a conversion element in which the semiconductor layer is not separated for each pixel.SOLUTION: A detection device manufacturing method comprises the steps of: forming, on a substrate 100, a signal wiring 16, a switch element 13 electrically connected to the signal wiring 16, and a constant potential wiring 17 supplied with constant potential; forming, on top of a plurality of switch elements 16, a plurality of conversion elements 12 including a first electrode 122 electrically connected to the switch element 16 and formed on top of the switch element 16 and a semiconductor layer 124 formed extending over a plurality of first electrodes 122; and electrically connecting the first electrode 122 of the conversion element 12 of a part of pixels 1 among a plurality of pixels 1 and the constant potential wiring 17. |
