The active dynamic seat device (1) has a seat (4) and a foot part (2), in which only a stable seat position is achieved by additional support of one or both legs of a user, where a sound generator is excited by a specific change of the seat position in a frame of an exercise to release a sound. A ball (7a) is guided by a guide track (7c) arranged above a ball path (7b). The guide track is arranged at the lower side of the seat. The ball path or the guide track are closed, so that the ball is not fall-out.
