THE MANUFACTURING METHOD OF HIGH SILICA ZEOLITE USING RECYCLED SILICA REMAINDERS AND THE HIGH SILICA ZEOLITE THEREBY

The present invention is to provide a method for producing high silica zeolite using a recovered silica filtrate, and a high silica zeolite produced by the method. To this end, the method of the present invention comprises the steps of: preparing agglomerated silica which is solated from a silica filtrate containing metallic salts (Step 1); filtering and washing the agglomerated silica which is solated in Step 1 to prepare a silica cake without the metallic salts (Step 2); peptizing the silica cake to prepare a silica sol (Step 3); and preparing a high silica zeolite by using the silica sol prepared in Step 3 as a silica source (Step 4). Also, the present invention provides a high silica zeolite which is prepared from a recovered silica filtrate by the foregoing method and has an Si/Al molar ratio of 5 or higher. According to the present invention, the zeolite is produced by recycling the recovered silica filtrate, thereby providing a method for producing high silica zeolite whose processing steps are economical and production costs and time are reduced.
