<p>The grill has a grillables holder serving as an output point, and including a raised edge (5.1) for preventing dripping down of hot fat on a base plate and/or a heat source, which is provided below the holder. A cylindrical elevation unit is provided in a middle of the holder. A lower part (5.2) of the elevation unit is designed as a vessel, and serves as a container for flavors. An upper part (5.3) of the elevation unit is provided with holes so that heated flavor passes into the grillables. The heat source has a diameter matched to the cylindrical elevation unit.</p> |
