<p>[Problem] The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for easily evaluating the state of differentiation, i.e., the quality, of multipotent stem cells without relying on the judgment of a skilled engineer. Another purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for automatically determining multipotent stem cells that have started to differentiate. [Solution] In this method, a differential filter is applied to an image of a colony formed by multipotent stem cells, and the quality of the colony of the multipotent stem cells is evaluated on the basis of the obtained differential image.</p> |
