The method involves forming elastic spring hollow housing (1) of multiple actuators with polyurethane foam (2,4), and assembling by a vacuum press. The fluid is introduced into an empty mold (3) of the elastic spring hollow housing by opening the isolating valves of a supply line, before the polyurethane foam is introduced into the empty mold. The isolating valves of the supply line of the elastic spring hollow housing is closed before the foaming process is complete. An independent claim is included for a pneumatic actuator.
