The above element is represented for example with a pusher, the shutoff part of which when in a closed position adjoins a valve seat. Coil receives electric power through an electric connector or an electric male plug on the coil housing. The above coil partially envelopes the valve pusher. The valve housing on one side as to height part or length part is open so that a lateral hole is formed so that the inner cavity of the housing is open in the area of the side hole. The side hole on the valve housing side opposite to the valve seat is open. At least one connection of the valve, first of all, a male plug, is installed on a separate holder and located near the valve housing.
