The parking system has a lifting device for loading the car and elevating vertically, a transfer device for moving the car transversely to the loading frame, and a loading device for loading the car from the transfer device. The system comprises four divided pallets divided to four panel pieces for loading a car; moving means for simultaneously exchanging two pallets mounted at the lifting device with two pallets mounted at the loading frame; a pallet arranging device for arranging the mounting position of the pallets. Two pallets at the lifting device are expanded for loading front/rear wheels and other two pallets at the loading frame are contracted for passing through the two pallets at the lifting device.
