METHOD FOR PREDICTING RECURRENCE OF DIFFUSE TOXIC GOITER

The method for predicting the recurrence of the diffuse toxic goiter comprises the assay for antiendotoxin antibodies of IgA, IgM and IgG classes in the blood serum, antiendotoxin antibodies of IgA in the saliva, the assay for CD14 and LPS-Fits receptors in monocytes and granulocytes. Then the risk of recurrence is calculated according to the formula. When risk value is from –3 to –1, the probability of the recurrence within the following two years is considered. When risk value is from –1 to 1, the risk of recurrence is minimal.
