PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the positive photosensitive composition capable of forming a high-contrast image without deterioration sensitivity and freed of unshapening due to printing and high in white light safety and wide in development latitude. SOLUTION: This composition contains a polymer compound having at least the hollowing 3 structural units represented by (1), (2), and (3) as copolymer components. (1) An additionally polymerizable monomer having, on a side chain, a fluoroaliphatic group substituted by a fluorine atom for a hydrogen atom, (2) an acrylate, methacrylate, acrylamide, or methacrylamide group having, on a side chain, a >=9C aliphatic group or an aromatic group substituted by a >=2C aliphatic group, and (3) an additionally polymerizable monomer having an acidic group comprising an acidic hydrogen atom and this acidic hydrogen atom combined with a nitrogen atom. |
